How much can we cool?
Relative humidity is the amount of moisture in the air compared to the amount of moisture the air could absorb at the same temperature, is a crucial factor in determining cooling potential. The lower the relative humidity, the more water can be vaporized, and the more heat can be removed.Evaporative Cooling can be used effectively in most geographical locations. This is because when temperatures reach their peak during the day, humidity is normally at its lowest point.
For example. When the air temperature of 30 degrees, and the air relative humidity 40%, temperature can be reduced to 20.5 degrees Celsius (the temperature was lowered 9.5 degrees).
Cool air in large indoors with fog system is a significant advantage over traditional systems, since this provides greater benefit with lower energy consumption and operating costs.
Fog cooling systems can bee designed to operate where conventional air conditioning is not practical, possible or simply too expensive.

Misting systems have been used in outdoor cooling applications for decades. These systems can provide outdoor cooling reducing temperatures with virtually no noticeable increase in the relative humidity. Applications for outdoor mist systems include restaurants, theme parks, hotels and resorts, arenas, tennis courts, golf facilities, fountains, waterfalls, patios, and more.At 70 BAR, water droplets as small as 5 microns (5 millionths of a meter) in diameter can be produced. At this level, ‘flash evaporation’ occurs reducing the ambient temperature.
