Misting Technology

By forcing water, by means of a high pressure pump, through our specially designed misting nozzles, we create a fog of ultra fine water droplets with an average size of less than 10 microns.

Why you need a misting system?

Humidified air reduces the ambient temperature increases the relative humidity (more on benefits), prevents the spread of dust and the addition of specific reagents removes unpleasant odors, disinfects, can create special effects..

Why the fog?

It is less expensive technology compared with alternative technologies applicable to air humidification, cooling, heating, dust control systems, security systems, etc. Artificial fog system is energy-efficient technology, saving water, electricity and labor costs.

How much can you save?

Air humidification using artificial fog system today is the most cheapest and most environmentally friendly method. Energy costs are greatly reduced air change traditional irrigation techniques in artificial fog system. You can save up to 60-70%.

How it works?

Water was sprayed as a fine mist

Water with great power (high pressure up to 100 bar) is sprayed through a very small hole in the thickness of a human hair. This creates a light the fog, which consists of many microscopic drops.

Instantly evaporative drops cooling the air

Due to the evaporation, liquid water changes into gas, used in the process an environment of heat (adiabatic process). This is a reason for cooling air.

Every second evaporated millions of microscopic water droplets.

The smaller - the better

A low pressure system dispenses a larger droplets which are falling down, at the same time moisturizing the surrounding surface, people, creating a small cooling effect.

A high pressure system creates a very small size droplets that evaporates instantly and intensively cools the surrounding air.

Kind microclimate

Moisturizing and cooling air simultaneously. The water turns to steam. This increases the relative air humidity,

How much can we cool?

Relative humidity is the amount of moisture in the air compared to the amount of moisture the air could absorb at the same temperature, is a crucial factor in determining cooling potential. The lower the relative humidity, the more water can be vaporized, and the more heat can be removed.Evaporative Cooling can be used effectively in most geographical locations. This is because when temperatures reach their peak during the day, humidity is normally at its lowest point.

For example. When the air temperature of 30 degrees, and the air relative humidity 40%, temperature can be reduced to 20.5 degrees Celsius (the temperature was lowered 9.5 degrees).
